Blogging Entries 2012

Thank you to all those who entered the Blogging Competition. We enjoyed reading your writing! Below are links to all of the articles we published: please read them and share your thoughts and comments with the authors and with us.

Congratulations to the winners of the NUHA Blogging Prizes 2012! These were announced on 17 December 2012 by our experienced Jury, who was "impressed by the creativity and story-telling abilities of the participants -- too bad we can only offer one prize per category!" In the Youth Category, the winner was Maheen Behrana, because "she makes a strong and convincing argument; her article drew on a number of angles and points to support her views, yet remained engaging and easy to follow." In the Adult Category, Anna Stielau was the winner "mainly for the strong quality of her argument and the supporting quotes and examples". For the Young Writers Category, it was decided that all three authors deserved recognition rather than to award a prize: they each received an Amazon voucher worth £25.
